Title: Low box probs !!

Hi chaps, took to disco to bala 4x4 today( good site by the way ) ,been there 10 mins when it started jumping out of low box ??? Got under to check linkages etc all ok. Jumps out under load and when decending hills. Any ideas ???

Ill have to check, Its out of a Disco 200tdi, but think I may be able to pput my hands on an earlier rangie one off the back of the early 4spd box too.
