Please could someone tell me which oil to put in my gear and transfer box on my 96 disco?

Someone told me to use EP90 is this rate?

EP90 in the transfer box .

Landrover official recommend MTF94 for the R380.
Previously LR recommended ATF for the R380 before they wised up.
You could use either,but I recommend Landrover MTF94. It's not to expensive from themain dealer, gives smooth gearchange and reduced noise over the ATF I previously used.

No doubt someone will come along and also say Difflock's Evolution oils for the R380 of which I have no experience of but heard good things.....though I have had experience of shopping with  difflock and it's not something I am  ever going  to repeat again or recommend to anyone.
