new to this forum, hoping that someone could pass on any advice.. Looking to mount spots on my roof rack, trouble is not enough space in between the top and bottom slats to sit spots. Any advice on the type of spots to use and how to mount them. Thanks :?

depanding on how much you want to spend id say ring roadrunner rectangulars are a good budget but if not the rectangular hella comets
how id mount them,hmmmmm :(thinkhard):
is the rack round or square?
& do you have access to a welder?
-
square rack and no access to a welder
-
Only got 3.5 inches of clearance between the top and bottom of rack, just been to measure.. very cold out there
willing to spend about £50
-
think the lights are bout £20 from halfrauds(rings)
could just put a hole through the rack (front to rear) & put a long bolt in the lamp mounting & go through it like that & then have the lamp 90' to the rack
-
only issue with mounting them like that is the depth of the rear of the lamps. would have to pack them out to bring them to sit flush, not sure wether this would be secure enough?
