Title: What is the thread size of a propshapft grease nipple?

I screwed a M6 bolt in but it starts to bind - possibly an imperial thread?

Post by: stageonesimmo on April 23, 2009, 19:49:58: will depend on prop age. Its most likely a UNF - but its also most likely tapered as well! I'll dig out the thread gauges and try and find out for you - what prop is it as I only have 300TDi disco ones to check against!

Please don't spend any length of time trying to work it out. I borrowed a prop nipple to fit/grease my danbar. It will be easy to put it back and leave the danbar without.
