Got to get my 90 in and out of a garage just once, whats the lowest psi i can run 33" bf muds?

Its not going to do them a world of good, but it shouldn't do too much harm in and out of the garage at low speed. I would say as low as you need them and no lower!
Alternatively find a set of bare rims, you are not to bothered about and carefully use those.

cheers Henry, will try and find a sh*t set of rims, if not the once won't hurt, can you make the next mud meet in tingewick next month?

BFG have pretty stiff sidewalls, so as long as you don't drive on the road with them, they should be fine to go in and out of the garage with no air in them, as long as you don't turn the steering wheel too quick, they shouldn't pop off the rims.
