Not ridiculous at all.... a noisy naeghbour is a noisy neighbour... doesn't matter how that noise is being produced!

I wouldn't have liked to have been the investigation officer on that one! :shock:

Imagine it during the interview:

"So tell me madam, at which point did you start groaning"
"Did you actually moan, or were you faking it"
"Hmm, you say it would have gone on longer, but for what exactly....?"
