Title: spacers

Hi i bought wheel spacer for my 1997 300tdi they are 30mm thick and i have free style alloys on as standard but i can not get them to fit on i think the center nuts on the Axel fowl the inside of the wheel has any one had the same problem? or do i need to put steel wheels on! they are the right ones for that year Mk1 disco as they have a large center hole

Hi, i did the same on a rrc and had the same problem with the standard 3 spoke alloys. I put disco steel wheels with 235/85/16's and flexi arches and have had no problems,the turning circle is better tho.

I'd take them back to be honest, if they can't do what they are meant to do I'd not be happy using them to hold the wheels onto my car.

When bought from a decent retailer, they can supply allen head flange bolts - its these that usually foul.

Mine were supplied with allen bolts but I never needed them.
