Title: Which One?

Right I have some money to spend on a defender, do I buy a:
110 Hard top TD5, approx 4-5k and soft top it and put rear seats in the back.
90 td5 Hard top. 5500k
90 300tdi County. 5000k for late model
All are coming  up at the same price, it will be a weekend car, and i will put my son in the front (in a car seat) and my missus in the back. I have approx 6500 to spend, but would like some left over for modding.

TD5, at least you can have a conversation whilst driving.
