No, this is not L S-P asking for money to buy proper tyres for his job car, but a call for support for my daughter who is doing the London 10K run next weekend. She is running on behalf of the 'Over the Wall' charidee,  http://www.otw.org.uk/   an organisation that runs camps for kids who are terminally ill.
