The old girls is rattleing abit in the engine dept. so she is getting a replacement engine. At the same time the axle's will be swapped too. The donor car has ABS \(ex air suspension model ). How difficult would it be to transplant the ABS to the Rangie (currently with NO ABS)? The ECU under the passenger seat seems to have a lot of wires attacheds to it.
Worth it or not?
What would I need to look out for?
Cheers

ABS pump, master cylinder, road speed sensors, twin rear brake pipes (new brakepipes throughout), brake switch, warning light.
Not impossible but a bit complex i think.
Also i tend to get more steering kickback with the ABS axles, it might be that once worn they cannot be adjusted like to take out the play in the swivels.
