Title: TD5 90 INTERCOOLER ON A 200TDI IN AN 90

Hello chaps im gont o fit a td5 intercooler of a 90 to my 90 that has got a disco 200tdi engine in ive been lookin at the intercooler pipes and do it matter how i pipe it up or is one side for turbo and other for the top can ne of u guys done this or no ne thing that would help me out thank u muddy everitt

I'm afraid I cant help mate but I would be interested to know how you get on as I've got a 200tdi (defender type) in my 110 and also happen to have a spare  Td5 intercooler. There is quite a difference in size but I would imagine that the air flow is still as good if not better. Only problem I found was just how to mount it as it wouldn't quite fit between the rad/oil cooler and the grill.
