Title: P38 v8 Gear Box Wine

 I have a p38 2001 v8 and it has a auto box and under load its fine but when you back off i get a wine like break pads that are worn to a disc sound, any idea's  :-k would be great

Sounds like backlash somewhere, possibly a diff or the T-Box.  Check all your oil for level and contamination.
