i fitted a boost gauge to my old 200tdi and it was sitting at 1.5bar at max boost, i put a post up and every one said it should only be running at 1 bar? my friend has been ragging the tits out of it for a few months and its slowly been creeping up and it know running at 2bar max boost. it all seems to be running fine but i wouldn't run yours much over 1.5 bar. then wind up your fuel pump to for some more power. POWER POWER POWER :D  :D
Cheer,
Nick

i have just fitted a boost gauge to mine ,it was reading 0.8 bar and have tweaked it to 1.2 on full boost....it's certainly made a difference,,,,,i too am wondering about the fuel pump and how to tweak that.....i know how to add extra fuel but is there something that could be done to the pump timing or is that a no go area.......
watching with interest ;)

There is a lot of info on the www or you have a look here wizardbilt manual (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=180243224214&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT)
There are quite a few things that can be done to increase performance, but there is a downside to this as your economy will drop and the dreaded black smoke will increase.
Also take care with what you adjust, either mark things with tipex or write down what you are doing. If you mess it up its hard to rectify without taking the pump to be recalibrated.
