It probably won't make the national press though, not unless it killed a seal on the way down or spilt oil all over the beach.
Had to smirk though, draughtsmen in Dagenham don't design cars at all, they never have.

Judging by the photo in the second link, id say that the chaps in the steering and/or brakes design department were not quite as diligent as our "lucky chap"
Although "should have gone to spec savers" could also apply.
