Well, ive been feling a bit under the weather since i got back from holiday last week. I just put it down to stress and the heat.
Well, i went to work this morning still not really any better, put on my overalls and begun to sweat so much, my socks were squelching.
Went to see the nurse, and sent me home with some advice.
NOW im being treated for suspected Swine Flu. I mean how much bad luck can one person have in 7 days.
Anyway, wifey's running round after me, im in bed with lots of cups of tea, and [!Expletive Deleted!] all on the telly. >:( >:(

The problem with so many illnesses is they start with generic flu-like symptoms: runny nose, sore throat, slight temperature...
One of the things I have to watch for in what I do is Weils Disease, which starts with those same symptoms but requires antibiotics - which are useless against a virus like flu.
GWS!

Leptospirosis/Weil’s Disease something greenlaners should be aware of too, though cases are quite rare from what I understand
