Hi all,
Wasn't sure where to post this but most of the Mud-Clubbers I've met tend to hang out in the bar...... :lol:
I decided to get my old Sagittarian sa-8000 winch up and running as it's been on the garage floor for about 7 years!! The motor wasn't working so I stipped that and rebuilt it - working fine now.
The last time I used the winch I remember it was making a nasty grating noise and I've found out why. The 3 pronged dog which fits onto the motor shaft has a broken tooth.
I've tried phoning Sagittarian today but can't get an answer (although the phone line appears to be "live".
Does anyone know if they are still trading (can't get a listing for them on "yell.com") or has anyone on here got an old broken one lying around that might have the part I'm looking for.

Looks like they're defunked :'(
I phoned their number and it's been reallocated to someone who's never heard of them.
Better get the welder out then!!
