Title: What are the holes for in the mod style bumperettes

Bearmach 'heavy duty' bumperettes as supplied by  Devon4x4 (http://www.devon4x4.com/products_b/p1259c247/heavy-duty-bumperettes.html), what are the two re-enforced holes for that are in the inboard struts?

seem's they are for shackle attachment, the top hole for lifting, the bottom for tie down  :-k
