Lost my clutch a few weeks back so i changed the complete clutch c/w bearing. fork fine. then the clutch would not bleed, no pedal. so i changed the slave cylinder then the master cylinder & then i had to change the slave again first one was faulty. great got pedal disco drove backward & forward then i the pedal went solid on me so gearbox came off & found the fork was busted, so replaced fork, gearbox back in, whilst disco on axle stands i checked whilst props were off & gearbox & clutch worked perfect, so props back on & back on ground then worked for a minute & now will not go in gear even after bleeding clutch again. Any ideas before i get the petrol & matches out???

are you 100% sure all the air is out the slave on both acasions? they are very funy things and can take a while to bleed corectly

i am sure there is no air in system, i used easi-bleed several times

You may be looking at the wrong thing,if your fork bent it means hydraulics are working, try getting someone to operate clutch and watch the arm and slave cylinder, evven remove the arm and put some resistance on the slave.THis 'll heck the hyd's but look at the clutch fittment the prob may be there.
