Title: front headlight bulb

am i correct in thinking i have to remove the side lights and indicators to remove the black surround to get the lamp lense out to remove the bulb. Or does somebody know of a way of getting to it from behind on a td5

I don't run with plastic surrounds but isn't there a small recess in the plastic surround so you can get at and release the fixing screw, then the lamp can be rotated off it's adjustment pillers causing it to drop out like a giant dislocated eyeball.

If I have to remove the surround, I remove the indicators and side lights. You can remove the surround seperately but putting it back on is a PITA.
