How do I replace the tail light (in the rear bumper) on my 1996 Disco please?

The lamp holder is a twist-lock type, get underneath and unplug the cable off the back of the holder and twist. It can be a bit fiddly due to the brackets but it comes out eventually.

Ah yes, the connector and blub hold are broken, the bulb is OK.  I need both new bits, do you have those please?
