Title: judering?

i have a noticable amount of judering in my lower gears, when changing gear, any ideas?

Two things spring to mind:

1) A knackered UJ on one of the propshafts, which would be the cheaper solution.

2) A contaminated clutch plate. By contaminated I mean oil from the engine due to the crankshaft rear oil seal leaking.

OIl on the engine mounts or split engine mounts allowing the engine to wallow (or shuffle as it's known).  Big wear in the transmission.

Assuming you can drive that is ;)
