Title: p38 dse diesal spray light ?

hi guys any thought my diesel spay light comes on and off again  now and again when cars warm and coming of acceleration i have a hot start prob as well are they linked
anyhelp :-.

That means your Engine has a fault; unfortunately the only way to find out what is to put it on a  Diagnostics setup. It ought to have logged the fault.

Mine was a faulty No. 4 injector but that was accompanied by the engine kangarooing; if its all smooth then it must be either non critical or instantly switching to another input. Most of the sensors have an alternative of some sort but if you have the fault light on then you risk masking a more serious problem.

god knows car stopped running next couple days turned out to have lost its coding all up and running now :clap:

I thought it should log the fault but then to be honest when my injector failed it was not always logged.

Unfortunately you now know you have something not right but no idea what.

the only fault log was immobiliser :-.
