well cleaned them no better but the big plug was a pig to get on could get it to click.has any one had a faulty britpart loom?
-
i fitted a *hitpart loom to a motor, it came back not long after with a awful missfire on start up, whipped the loom boack off and all injector plugs were full of oil
so ive always used genuine since and not had a problem

cheers Dan did you ever have trouble fitting the main plug to the loom because mine is a pig and not clipping in
-
didnt have a problem, make sure none of the pins are bent
-
would a nonocom detect a fault in the loom,,i had great trouble compressing the loom plug into the injector loom plug, there is a blue compression gasket made out off some silcone stuff i am a brickie and it took all of my anger to push it in
-
on the inside or out
on the outside there are two blue o-rings to seal the plug against the cam ladder/head
then on the inside of the plug ( loom side) there should be another blue webbed sealing ring.
i cant see why you should have a problem fitting the two plugs together unless the sealing ring has moved, the injestor harness male end has been squished so its egged the plug or the pins are bent.
nanocom will bring up either a logged or current open circuit on the relivant injectors, if not all of them.
does it run ok ?
