Title: Lineing the back on Defender?

Whats the best material for lineing out the back panels of  the Defender van body ? i mostly want to keep back the condensation that gathers on the bare metal,
so what have people used that does the job? ATB , :-k

Marine ply, or foam backed marine ply  :D

I used sound deadening mat then 50 mm polistyrene then ply, did the sides , floor and wheel arches I alsoglued carpet to the roof.about 10 degrees warmer and 20 decibels quieter plus no condensation

:clap: Now thats what i call a lineing   :D sounds good to me as the Landy heaters are not exactly furness like, thanks for that M8 -i have a cunning plan .ATB,

wondered if anyone has considered or used the foam stuff they spray line the hulls of canal boat builds. Supposedly you can get it for small application and it not uncontrollable like builders expanding foam.

25 mm mdf and then carpeted.Its so warm and quite!!!!!!!!!!

just remembered the polystyrene was called kingspan :D

Kingspan is great stuff too. We use it alot at work. 25mm up to 150mm, Always got plenty spare too.
