Title: HELP P38 Janspeed exhaust fitting URGENT
Post by: loyalduke on December 04, 2009, 17:11:21
Has anyone fitted a twin pipe JanSpeed exhaust to their P38 (all models have same). The standard fit is a T peice round the spare wheel housing. However the JanSpeed is a Y peice which seems to go across it!
They say they have sold loads and never a problem.....but 2 things a) heat on the body work as no heat sheild there and b) reduces ground clearance a bit I guess?

Just need to be sure it will fit/work before I start.

If you are qworried about heat John then a bit of chequer plate bolted through the floor with extra nuts for spacers will help.
