will a 15000 husky winch fit onto my d1 or are they to big it look very big anyone fitted one to a d1  :D

these guys seem to have a discrete mounting plate for a husky:

if its anything like mine (i've got the warn version with a ebay special winch in)  it mounts between the chassis rails behind and below the stock bumper.

You can make most winches fit. It's just a case of how much of the grille you're happy to hack off and how much loss of approach angle you're prepared to tolerate. My winch bumper (still winchless, I might fit one eventually if I ever feel the need) extends about 6-8" further forward than most, which should allow for a front mounted intercooler. Now there's something that I do feel the need for!  :lol:
