I'm after a set when I can afford them. Word is that they're halfway between an A/T and M/T (great road/wet rock manners and no slouch in the gloopy stuff) but that the sidewalls are a little less robust than those on the BFG or Insas.

In an LRO tyre test they came equal 1st with the BFG's!

By all accounts good tyres, only thing I don't like is they are directional! I went for the Cooper STT's because of that.

impressed with mine, on gravelly rocky stuff that i encountered both in the alps and the pryrenees they were fantastic, on the road i somtimes drive hard and they grip very well, however they are only average in the mud as they dont seem to self clean very well, the saharas are better hands down in the gloopy mud, bfgs are just too expensive,
the kl71 s a very very good all terrain tyre much better than the general grabber at2!

i have yet to drive in snow with them, but then i would probley put my insas on for the snow

cheers kizz

I got on with them very well, had them on for the last 3 years and only now moved off them.
They are great on the road, even when wet, good on rocks and sand.  I found them to be ok in mud but not very self cleaning, you had to spin the wheels a lot to get them to clear.
So overall a good tyre, a lot better than an all terrain but not quite as good as a bfg mud, but only just not quite as good.
