Just flatten it of mate and slap it on
As for pressure washer sorry no idea

It will stick to just about anything and cover in one but as for jet washing you'd best expect lumps to come off now and then. Especially if there is any nicks in it from laning or playdays.

Yeah, NATO paint is designed to be slapped on over anything. When you rub down an old military vehicle you go through alternating layers of paint and mud
The main problem I found with it is how quickly it fades. This seems to be because the stuff you tend to get hold of is 'old stock' and only fresh stuff seems to hold it's colour for any length of time. I used to repaint the 110 every couple of years. Rollers and brushes. You get strange looks in the driveway, but it does the job!

Kids painted mine with a 2" brush and a roller
Google Autopaints st.Helens, its about £10 a liter in a brush on and he will post he can mix any colour but nato green is a British standard colour so matching it is no problem, mines been on 3 years and its fine

It's all like that. The 2 pack stuff is a bit better. We seemed to repaint the trucks every couple of months. Only supposed to patch paint but old paint had always faded.
No, it's not jetwash proof.
