Title: which gearbox/transfer box oil

Hi guys,

As the title really what oils are people using?

ATF in auto and LT77 manual boxes
MTF94 in R380 boxes (this was changed early in production from ATF as it is supposed to better for the box and help with the change up from 1st to 2nd when cold)
EP90 in LT230 transfer boxes

LT77's are generally fitted to '89-'94 disco's with 200Tdi engines and R380s to '95 on disco's with 300Tdi (reverse is next to 1st on a 77 and next to 5th on a 380)
