:(biggrin): nice job,how much,an did you have to do much to get it that way?
-
Very nice, looks the biz :D
-
Glad it gets the seal of approval
put on a new wing and headlight panel, before wet & drying everything, white was the ideal base so made life easier. There were some areas of rust on the capping and onthe bulkhead behinf the bonnet. Any dodgy areas were taken to bare metal, etched primed and then high build primer before top coating.
There were also some dents on the doors i filled in and primed.
Preparation took two very long days. 8am - 10pm both days.
Spraying 3 days
adding all the bits on and rebuilding 2 days.
Started the the thursday before easter, put the final touches on today.

I don't suppose you have any photos of the Interceptor, Paul?
I need to go into the roof and get them down to scan, it's just getting the time. I'll have a go over the weekend. Then I'll post the whole story of it on the website.

OOOOOHHHH!!!, that's very n-i-i-i-ce!!!
7.2 :D , a proper sized V8, awesome sounding, as I remember.
Just stand about 10foot behind it (on the central-line) & listen to it fired up & ticking over. Magic!! :D
Stereo 'rumble' by Chysler
It wasn't a 'FF' by any chance was it??

i have a dislike of interceptors mainly due to having to wash 1 every week & shammy it then wax it & then polish the wheels & wax them as my ex boss thinks it installs disipline by doing things like that throughout my aprenticeship, also had to wash his 25ft+ caravan with a small kitchen sponge
sorry for the rant
but yours looks very nice, just dont ask me to wash it cos the sponge will go somewhere
