I tried a search, but the search function isn't working for me......
Anyway, the alarm/remote locking has always worked perfectly on our 1996 Disco (we've had it for about two and a half years) but yesterday, it went off in the afternoon..........then again at about 3am [-X and again today.
I can't see any reason for this, and it's not actually that cold at the moment (above freezing) although we have had some very cold nights here this week (-14).
Any ideas please?

dont know what sort of alarm you have on ya disco, but if its the same as my rangie,my sensors were cramed with dust, cleaned them out by tapping them with my hand to loosen it,then holding a hoover pipe over them to get it out,it solved mine, its worth a try.

Thanks for the replies.
I opened the bonnet....then closed it again a couple of days ago, and that seems to have fixed it :D
If only all Land Rover DIY was that simples

Traced my alarm sounding at odd times to the 'spider' migrating from the wing mirror to inside and walking across the sensor???
