Title: Tracing an old defender

I was wondering if there is any way in which i could try and locate my old defender ? DXo you boys have any idea???

have you looked down the back of the fridge? :grin: ok, im sure ive seen mention of a dvla? tracing service on here

hah wondered if anyone spot that. I am the second owner of the vehicle and the first person to register/tax it/obtain number plate and use it on road. The first 10 years it spent in a park as a land train never going above 10mph (park speed limit) or ever seeing road salt. How come yours was late registered?

I did that its still about tax runs out this month. it went to someone in bedford....

could say that............. spent some cash on the old girl custom internal/external cage, extreme kit winch+bumper..... :(

Form v888 from the DVLA

You can pay the DVLA £2.50 and they will give you the name and adress of the current owner of any vehicle.  You need to tell them a reason for giving it to you, but saying that they were illegally parked on your property and you need to send them a fine is sufficent, it won't go back to the owner, they just need to be able to justify giving you all the owners details.

hey simple  i no how u feel i sold my 90 and regret every bit of it thought i was doin write thing when baby came along but i should of sold baby instead lol heres a pic of her if any1 seen her or nows where it is hows the old girl gettin on????????? :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:
