Anybody know of somewhere that does green laning weekends, preferable on ATV's, quads, buggies something like that maybe in wales?
Any help or point in the right direction would be great, I'm getting married in april so need to get this sorted now :) thanks Brett

I reckon you'd be better off at one of those "off road experience" sites, many of them have quads/buggies. I'm not aware of anyone offering guided greenlane tours with road legal quads or buggies hereabouts.
The other advantage of a private site would be that you can fling mud about to your heart's content without damaging a public right of way ;) I'm guessing a quiet trundle through the countryside isn't what you're after!

As Matt says, there is nothing of that sort here in Mid Wales. The nearest to it might be a half day at this place:
Madian Quads, near Machynlleth.

I do not have the name or details, but there is one that takes trips along the Wayfarer.

Remembered the one I was tthrying to think of in Mad-Wales.
www.cambrianway.com
I have been there a good few times. Very good breakfast. Quading is done on their own land. If you take your own 4x4 then they have a very good "map rppm" with all the ROW marked up.

A second vote for Madian Quads (http://www.activitywales.com/activity-centers.asp?activity-id=303&search=Beiciau%20Madian%20Quads).
I've been there 3 times, their routes and tuition are excellent.
They have also got accommodation now. That's opened since I last went, but my best mate's used it and said it was very good.
Alaric.

Hello,
I went to a stag do at http://www.whitecliff4x4.co.uk/ in the Forrest of Dean (which is close to Wales, depending on which bit you live in)
It was a great day out, specifcally done for a group. We did.
B- asic 4x4 driving with tuition
Hovercraft Slalom
Reverse steer Landrover (with a football in the bonnet wheel holder, had to keep the ball in)
Blindfold driver with a navigator (I broke the record by 5 seconds, he siad I was mad (but good))
Demo and DRIVE of an ALIVIS STALWORT
Demo and DRIVE of a big French Army truck
Like I said It was a great day out, Im a bit of a snob for driving days as Iv got a lot of my own toys, but they were really great, non-patronising, fun, safe, etc.
