I'm running STT's on my Discovery.

Very impressed with the tyres, take me everywhere i've needed so far, great on the road, great in the snow and decent wear as well.

same here, running 285/75/16 on my 110, but they glog up easy in the nasty stuff and have on some ocassions let me down...need some " spinning of wheels" to clear them

I run them in 285/75/16 aswell. Good tyres, but just watch for tread blocks ripping off (of is that because I have too much power?)

would you say bfg mt`s would have been better in the sticky stiff then? i tend to be in and out of mudy feilds with trailers on and the insa bfg copy not let me down yet. but as i say dont want remoulds on my 110 never been a fan of bfg road manners the remols being softer are miles better just ware out way faster.

next question what size 235.85.16 or 265 or 285 there going on a td5 110 doublecab thats on 7.50s at moment on alloys
will te 235 grip better as thay dig in more hence geting grip rember my disco going places my m8s 90 wouldnt his 265 tyres just slid over the serfice not geting grip and mine dig in and kept me moveing?

Pauls mate has the BFG KM2's on his 110, they seem to do pretty well.....The STT's have lasted well, even with the road miles i've done..

Ive got a set of michelin xzl 7.50/16s and a set of bfg  235/85/16s all terains that i alternate between on my 110 td5. the bfs have been amazing in mud for ats, pulling my dads ranger double cab through 6 inches of mud. they are also much better on ice than the skinier mud tyres, which i put on for play days. am planing on getting another set of insa saharas that i had on my 127, they were really good, but didnt last that long.

He also says they are better than the BFG MT tread pattern. On and off road.
