:D it's not the best but am happy it's 200tdi k Reg alrady got 2 inch lift on new bearmark( I think that's it) shocks an springs like sum big bullbar with spotlights on it and the old bumper removed . Steel wheels with affroad tyres,diff guard and full set of poly Bushes came with it got the lot for £750.
Needs things doing tho no interior lights work the central lockin plays up a bit . The buttons drop like a milameter then the doors don't open. Needs cd player . The front spot lights on the bar need wiring in. Bonnet won't close and stay closed sumtimes
But the thing that is bothering me is the lean it has to the offside I know they do have a lean but myn seems way to much .

nice one sounds a good buy the off road stuff on it is a nice bonus too

You might want to sort that bonnet latch first - if it manages to unlock itself while driving it won't be fun. It's usually a case of the locking mechanism needing a squirt of 3-in-1 or similar, just spray some in and work the release handle until it springs back freely.
Check your springs for the lean, I had a similar problem with a set of Britpart HD rears one of which sagged within six months of fitting causing distressing handling and a lean. Now have OEM HD springs on the back and will be reverting to standard on the front if the Britpart give any trouble.

All discos seem to have a bit of a lean, but on this forum there seem to be a few people who have had problems with britpart springs (they are cheap for a reason....) I would just bin the bonnet latch and put a set of bonnet pins on, my latch was a pain in the arse when i stioll had my disco....

sorry mate, yeah it could be britpart springs, but if they are bearmach they could be older and maybe sagging. if it really bothers you perhaps try(guys slap me if i say something stupid) a spring assister to correct it. as for the bonnet, when you pull the bonnet release and the bonnet pops, push the release back in(mine does the same)

how easy is it to open a bonnet with pins as i had a smash in my terrano day after boxing day (great xmas present) all works fine bar my bonnet catch if i do 60 bonnet wobbles and i scared it will fly on to windscreen when i got kids in the car, i think the catch open in [!Expletive Deleted!] but was wondering whether to go to pins

pins are a little bar that comes through the bonnet, then a little split pin with a keyring pushes through it. its just a case of pulling the keyrings out and lifting the bonnet. bit like a grenade! :shock:

lol well it would be the on;y pin id pull with out blow the hell mary out of myself :dance:, i might invest then if it stop the bonnet wobble
