Title: d2 new bits !

thought id post some pics of my d2 as its starting to look good

bought it a few months back as a run around work truck , was standard and couldnt leave it alone  :roll:

finaly got the mach5s and bfgs on , started to make rock sliders as the factory side steps catch on the tyres

nearly finished .............. well  :twisted:

well bought some light guards last nite  :D

iv got a warn m8000 in the workshop so think that will go on

i realy like the SD type roof rack so may have to change that , and want some better lights on the roof
think ill go to the metal shop today and get some small tube and make a rear ladder

that may be it for a while as i need to spend some time on my d1 monster

nope very simple , if u have a welder and pipe bender
iv finished them today and it looks good

will post some pics tomorrow

If your wanting an SD roof rack check out a guy on ebay i think he goes by the name landyrax. He builds racks similar to the SD ones, i got one it looks the part.

iv been looking at those rack on ebay , they do look good and not mega money
shall see how it goes , if iv got some time free i may have a go at building one !

Very neat job looks great and for not a lot of money some of these 4x4 shops are asking the earth with the price of steel being what it is they must be putting anything up to 70%mark up

 u can save lots if u have the tools to make stuff  !

takes me a few hours to make , done a few now  ;)
