Price is decent and I like the design, just wondering if anyone has bought one from this supplier and if so what did you think about the standard of fit and finish? It's hard to gauge how well it will fit the truck from a photo.

Hi Matt,
Can't answer the question about the supplier - never heard of them.
The price is good at £200.
It looks like a Scrapiron Racing rear bumper. My is Scrapiron so it should look like this.

Straightforward to fit. Very tight when fitting the rear bumper lights.

i bought one a few weeks ago, you can't get the towbar to fit right after. the mounting plates on each side are welded at the wrong angle and the bolts they supply are too small (they don't supply washers).
and it's not as close fit as others, a friend has one from shadow and that is close fit i have about an inch gap each end and the in fill plate won't bridge the gap below the door.

Sounds like I'll pass on that then! I have a Disco Parts detachable towbar on mine, so I wasn't after one so much for the recovery points (although a couple of hilift sockets would be nice) as for a neat close-fitting bumper that would get rid of the fading plastic end caps while keeping the lights.
Rob, I too thought that it looked like a copy of the Scrapiron one but it doesn't sound like it's a particularly exact copy! I may keep an eye open for a 2nd hand Scrapiron one, after repainting all five alloys this year I'm fairly handy with abrasives and an aerosol.
Those with long memories may remember my fun with a winch bumper last year (which is still waiting for me to call the local welder/fabricator and ask for a quote to sort it out!) Poorly-fitting aftermarket parts really annoy me. Others may be happy to belt it into place with a hammer but I want parts that simply bolt on and fit properly.

The problem sometimes with Land Rover <ahem> build tolerances means that an item that might fit one vehicle perfectly well doesn't always mean they'll fit another one in the same way.
:) ;)

As said, i have the same winch bumper and it fitted perfectly!

I've been to Andy's Landys unit in Redditch a couple of times, I believe that the bumpers and bits are made by the same fabricator that used to do the Discoparts stuff from what Andy has said.
Matt, I think John Askew has recently bought and fitted one of these rear bumpers, might be worth having a word with him to get his views.

Be interested in find that out too cos i do like that plus it would be cheaper than buying a 110 lol

Not quite - yours is the non-aircon/cut grille version, different design.

lrs offroad do hd rear bumpers for the disco
ive just fitted one and it fits straight on and its fits closer so it dosent stick out the rear as much
-
I don;t think the one on ebay is a copy of the scorpion one, the scorpion one is tapered..... ie, closer fit on the rear corners,......
the one in the pic appears to be straight............
I have a 2nd hand scorpion one on mine....... which is for sale.............. the truck... possibly the bumper!

That would make sense as the tree sliders in this link are identical to my Discoparts tree sliders - stunning kit.
