Title: DISCO 1 & 2 HUB SWAP

Can anyone tell me if Disco 1 hubs will fit onto Disco 2 axles, I sell modular wheels with the old land rover bolt pattern and someone asked me if they would fit his Disco 2, I know they won't, but if the hubs were swapped...........
