Ok, everyone ask about tyre sizes with lift kits ….. what’s the biggest you can fit without ? arch trimming not a problem, but didn’t want to buy both lift and tyres (not mine brothers rangie)
will 7.50's fit ?

depends on the offset on the rims, and tyre tread, 2" lift with 235x70x16 grizzly claws on rangie alloys WILL damage the front and rear arches, this is a fact not a maybe. this is becouse of the lugs on the tyres.

Made worse by the fact that remoulds are made over the top of the existing tyre, so a 235/70/16 grizzly claw will trash your arches but the 235/70/16 General Ameris that are on my 'best' rims will look fine on a standard Rangie (exept they're MINE) as they have the same rolling radius as 205r16 and slightly smaller than the 225/75/16 that I have on at the moment.
