Have you seen "a 4x4 is born" ?

If not go and buy it or watch it on discovery turbo or what ever its called, that will give you an idea.

The body and bulkhead mounts need replaced and moved, the transmission crossmember needs shifted. you will need to put on a 90/110 rear crossmember.
Change the front chassis dumb irons i think.

Its really not that hard a job if you have all the kit and space. And a bit of sence and patience.

I'm sure there will be someone who has done this before along soon.

Not sure where you stand with the identity though.

Striclty speaking you should be able to keep the identity of the 90 if you use all the parts of it.  In practice you look like getting a Q plate due to the modifications required on the chassis.

Stupidly you can repqir it to your heart's content but modify it [-X

get a galv chassis or a old chassis, repair it and have it galved
just done a camel trophy one, cost 300 quid to be shot blasted and galved.

ive just given my old chassis from my 90 away foc !
only took me 20 hours to change the chassis over  :P
however thats in a kitted out workshop with 4post ramp ect ect, so cheating in a way

if you were to build a 100 inch, its dead simple, but make sure you use everything from the 90.
afink it equated to just enough points to retain the origional reg, but personally i'd q plate it for absolutely no comebacks in the future

Still needs an IVA and will end up as a Q plate, have you got a bill and receipt for the chassis ?
