The coalition government want your views. Plenty of stuff on there about fox-hunting and clean air, but...

What about Section Six of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006?

Apart from the stuff on NERC its just a load of townies complaining about rural affairs they clearly have no idea over and only affect them when they decide to walk their dog somewhere different.
