There are retaining rings around the central post of the hinge you can knock off and then lift the door off.

If you need to get to the hinge fixings easiest way would be to remove the wing, 3 M10 bolts on end of wing going down side of A pillar, get in between door and body with door open and about half a dozen philips head screws along top of wing. Need to remove indicator and part of headlight finisher trim too.
There's also a retainer from the wing to the sill finisher as well.

AFAIK the hinges are designed to separate if you remove the spring clip on each one, then you can get in to shim the hinge and replace the door.

But if it's dropped then you need to shim the hinge at the door end, you can do this without taking the door off.  (ask me how I know, before I even get my hands washed ;))

Well I'd just finished doing mine, I'm welding in new sill sand everything has twisted.

You loosen the bolts (torx heads) from the hinge into the door then either add or remove the shims between the hinge and door frame.  Check the front of the door for corrosion though as the hinges don't tend to wear as badly as other makes of car.  You may be able to move one shime from the bottom hinge to the top hinge.

Also the door catch bolt is adjustable but moving this may mean you doors don't line up when closed.
