Title: Interested in a Second Battery Tray for a Discovery TD5?

If you've seen my other post regarding the Disco 2 TD5 Engine Bay picture request, you'll know I'm planning on making a Secondary Battery Tray for the D2.
I'm certainly hoping to bring it in <

See Devon 4x4 (http://www.devon4x4.com/discovery-2-expedition-/-overland-travel-preparation.html) they have a twin battery set up inside the original battery box on a Td5.

Interesting, thanks for that. I've seen V8's where something similar has been done, however the downside is you have to be very careful about just how big the batteries are to make them fit there, you'll also lose a good deal of the splash protection of the plastic box round the ECU. Fine I guess if you're heading for the desert, but probably not so for anywhere else!
