Title: Gear Selector plate
Post by: landroverkeith on October 28, 2010, 16:01:41
afternoon all, just wondering if anyone knows how to repair the selector plate for a td5?

The Gearstick doesn`t return to its correct position for neutral it sits over to the left so I'm assuming its the plate what i wondered was is it a bolt on  part i can buy or is it sumthing that needs a nice man with a welder to have a go at?

Cheers Keith

Easiest way is to remove the centre console Keith.

There's a helpful video here -> http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=137
