Title: Fair price for my Truck cab?
Post by: Big G on October 03, 2011, 16:13:06
After a couple of jobs I will be putting up for sale my Truck cab. What do you reckon would be a fair price?

Details....

1998 300tdi Defender 90
118,000 Miles
Straight body
chasis good and sound
New Heavy duty rear cross member fitted last year
Bulk head sound (Dinitrol injected by me a couple of years ago)
Drives nice no play in steering or drive chain
Regularly serviced at my mates garage
New clutch and beefed up arm fitted at 90,000 miles
paint needs a tidy up

I have owned the truck for nearly six years. It had only done 60,000 miles when I bought it.

ebay at 99p start no reserve.

That's what it's worth. What ever someone will pay for it.

Cheers for that wisdom dxmedia.

I did not ask "what is it worth", I asked what would be a fair price. I was just looking for opinions and a bit of a clue on what price to put on it thats all.

Watch a couple on ebay which are the same spec as yours and in auctions - not classifieds.  What they actually sell for is the current market value.
