Not got any experience of their mail order side but have been into their trade counter a few times.
Not got a bad word to say about them, quite the opposite

I have a few times. Never had any problems and always willing to an electrical idiot like me on the right track.

I've used them for mail order quite a lot in the past.  My biggest issue with them is that I always ending up spending about twice as much as I intended to...  but I'm not sure I can blame them entirely for that ;-)

Yeah Ive used them loads and never been let down.

Tism right though.  You get the on the website to order some bullet connectors and some wire......

......then suddenly you've ordered everthing and your bill is £100+

Very addictive company!!!

Great stuff though and well priced  8)

I absolutely detest looking at their catalogue and still can't manage to pop in and pick up just the item I wanted. I always get tempted into buying more stuff.

Their windscreen washers that fit on the arms are excellent at clearing a muddy screen. As are their modular switch range.

It would be rude not to on both counts
Hopefully should be back on road by end of June (spare time permitting) so Burnley could be a good test and if Muky is off the road by then I can give him a lift to Burnley
