Title: Putting a Tdi in a V8 engine mounts????

I know the TDi wont sit on the V8 mounts so Im going to gas them off  :twisted:

I have been told that you can buy the engine mounts for a Tdi that sit on the chassis and then you weld them on.

Does anyone know where you can get some?   :-k

Cant be arse to fabricate my own and these seem a nice simple option  :D  :D  :D

had a look on micro cat n cant see the tdi 1's but u can buy the td 1's seperatly & the engine as far as a know drops straight on them

Do you mean you can buy the mounts, or that the TDi sits on the V8 mounts???

u can buy the TD mounts seperatly & as far as i no the tdi WONT fit the V8 mounts,im fittin a tdi into my other 90 which has a TD diesel & the tdi falls straight in on the  mounts

I see what you meanm now.  Thats quite handy to know.  

I'll also give marsland a ring, I have a feelingn they do the mounts too.

V8-redline, dont have a part number for those TD mounts do you??
