Ask them if you could borrow one of the helicopters.
I'm sure that would be the quickest and easiest way.

you will fly there in no time in the new motor

Put the details into the AA Route Planner (http://www.theaa.com) and see what it reckons!?

Can't find the barracks on my GPs but it informs that to High Wycombe its 55 miles and should take about 1hour 21 minutes :)
If you PM me the full address details I'll do an autoroute plan for you and PM or email back :)

Billing to High Wycombe. Take A45 to M1 J15, A508 towards Milton Keynes. South on A5 towards Dunstable. Right onto A505 Leighton Buzzard bypass. Left onto A418 towards Aylesbury. Take A413 out of Aylesbury and turn right into Stoke Mandeville. Pick up A4010 and follow to High Wycombe.
As far as I remember there are two R.A.F sites at High Wycombe.
