Has anybody used Sowden Tyres as their prices for Colway mts at £41 sound good any other sugestions, quite fancy Grizzleys but seem a bit pricec. Ive got grabber mts at mo but cant find any cheap deals on them.

Hello,
I used Sowden tyre last week, i couldnt fault the service at all.
Mark Sowden was very helpfull on the phone and seemed to know what he was talking about.

I got some 235/85 R16 Greenway chacos, havent been off-road with them yet, or on-road in the wet, so cant really comment on grip and handeling but ive heard good reports on them in the past.

Mate of mine bought a set of Colway's from Sowden tyres and was very happy with service etc

By the way I have a set of 5 Grizzly Claw's
31" x 10.5 R15, (stacks of tread)  and fitted to Black Steel Modular's which I am thinking of selling. - will fit Defender, DiscoI, RR etc

PM me if you want any details

Cheers

Dave

Adding to this which would you all choose on a budget, Colway MT, or the Greenway Chaccos as mentioned . Will 265, 75 16 , fit if already using 235,85,16?

They certainly fit fine on my 110, though 90 wheels are smaller normally (I think). I don't know if you'll have to change your speedo at all, but I don't think it makes that much difference.
