So here we are, engine out of the M-reg disco. Not an easy job as we didnt want to split the gearbox so we cut the front panle off the disco and lifted it out......
....well all was fine till the crane wheels broke and the engine fell on me nearly breaking my arm and then on to two fence panels sending them flying!!!
One sump now 1/2 inch shorter but amazingly no other damage. So here it is waiting to go in!! I'll keep you all posted!!!
So first pic is it nearly out
Second is it crashed on the ground!
Third if it sitting infront of Roxanne waitiung to go in!

Not surprised the engine went sideways judging by the ground, at least its in one peice.
I can make a recording of my V8 for you to play when your feeling at a loss and missing the sound.

Thought Id start her up for the last time on Sunday and she'd run out of petrol :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
Oh well, at least I can drive through water now!!! :twisted:
